It is crazy what we put in and on ourselves. :) It is great, and depressing, to take a class like this or learn this stuff in one way or another to help us make the best decision for ourselves.
ReplyDeleteIt is kind of amazing when you think about it. The products you have pictured above are just the typical products we can get everywhere. It isn't just SOME of the "everyday" on the typical store shelf. It isn't a few we need to be warned about or very careful with.
I think I should look in my cupboards and start to make changes because I know many (MANY) of those products are ones that I use on a daily basis. My mom has started to use environmentally friendly products and I need to start!
